RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Refunds: If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we promise to refund the full price of your item under the following conditions;
– Your item is unworn ( apart from trying it on )
– Your item is still in original packaging with tags attached
– Your item has not been used or opened
– Your item has not been washed or dry cleaned
– Returned within 7 working days days of purchase.
– If item you are returning is being shipped, this is at your cost via tracked service.
Please note we DO NOT accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES on sale items.
Shipping costs will not be refunded upon the return or exchange of an item.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or style, please get in contact with us and have your order information at hand.
